[SOLVED] 0% GPU usage ?

I have read other posts and stuff just can't find a answer. My gpu usage is at 0 unless I use windows power mode extreme. But that's also makes my cpu run high hz all the time. On balanced or high power mode it shows 0% usage and my pc lags. On extreme the usage is there and my pc games fine. I tried a clean install of the graphics driver. Setting perfered power to max in nvidia settings.

So it's just a thing with the new drivers. I installed one from January 2024 and it's fine. Sorry for the post
