I am trying to make a list of all professional team athletes who wore
"00" on their jersey. I can think of Robert Parish (Celtics) and Jim
Otto (Raiders). Are there others?

(FWIW I always thought that Otto wearing "00" was a witty little
gesture: ought (zero) O (zero)

A bit of googling shows these additions

Ken Burrough wide receiver Houston Oilers
Greg Ostertag center Sacramento Kings
Tony Delk guard Atlanta Hawks and Sacramento Kings
Amal Mccaskill center Detroit Pistons
Bernie Parent goalie Philadelphia Blazers (World Hockey
Association)

Apparently 00 is not allowed by the NHL.

What's an NHL? 🙂

What about single zero, or zero and a nonzero digit?

Outside the scope of the question, but while George Plimpton was doing
pre-season training with the Bruins for his book "Open Net", he wore 00.

This must be true, because Doug Norris told me.
