I've looked through the archives but I haven't found an answer to this yet. I have NF7-S, 2x256Mb Kingston PC3200, Maxtor 80gb, Apollo XPert Play 3000, and AthlonXP 2000+, I just did a fresh install of WindowsXP Pro. When I start up everything seems fine and then right before the windows loading screen the screen turns blue and I get this error message along with some perameters(0xF9E64640, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). Is this a hardware issue? I'm using the same hard drive, RAM, CPU and the video card in my old computer and they work fine. Is this a motherboard issue? Drivers issue?

I had the same error, get this its from a overheating northbridge. Run memtest98 or whatever its called when the machine is cold should come up with zero errors.

Then try it again warm willing to bet youll see some errors.

Well..I actually can't get into windows to run memtest86. I don't make it that far into start up. I don't think the northbridge would be overheating, it has a fan on it...
