I suspect that a few more details might help to elicit a sensible response to your question. Hardware details, version of OS (including service pack level), what software are you running whn the error occurs - that sort of thing. Otherwise it's just a random guess.

But, if you want a random guess, it's a virus or some other form of malware. Run a thorough scan of your PC with a good anti-malware package.
