[SOLVED] 1.45V vs 1.35V G.Skill DDR4 - What's the difference or purpose?

I was perusing Gskill 64GB (2 X 32GB) (Neo's and Ripjaws') RAM kits on NewEgg and noticed there are now 1.45V models. What is the purpose of these newer kits? I'm trying to decide which voltage I should select.

Solution
Speed. The 1.45v is for the 4000+ MHz ram. It also allows for lower quality silicon to be used for some vendors, which increases supply, lowers purchase costs from the OEM etc which can then be passed on to the consumer.

Although the RAM may be nominally rated at a higher voltage, you may have some luck running it at something closer to normal.

When I put my new PC together this week, I under-volted my 3200-16 from its 1.35V XMP down to 1.2V, let that run in memtest86 for a while, had no errors so I decided to just run it at 1.25V standard for DDR4.
