1 used of 4 RAM memory slots, but i have only 2 slots

When i was opening my laptop and tried to find these 4 slots, I didn't find them, but i found only 2 slots, and i know that some laptops have 2 slots in one side of mobo and 2 at the other side of mobo.
I didn't found these two slots.. Is this a bug or something?

My laptop: Aspire E5-571G

Try some other SW like Aida for instance. CPU and chipset can run 4 slots ( 2 + 2 IMC) so it may be SW just reading from those.

Chipset may support 4 ram modules, but there are only 2 ram slots on Aspire E5-571G motherboard.
