SSD is 2.25 years old . I have been facing this problem since a long time, I had no time to rectify so i left it. Now i am in need of my laptop
How did you install Windows 10 on the SSD? Did you clone the drive? If the actual drive turns out to be defective, you can get it replaced since it has a 3-year warranty.

Edit: You can check for updates on your computer drivers and bios with the Dell SupportAssist tool.

Yes it was cloned by a ssd installation shop owner. Today when i tried to change SATA mode to AHCI it worked fine but when I restarted again then it went back to the same. So I think SSD might not be defective

Personally, I never clone drives because of the possibility of issues like this. The process can work fine, but sometimes it doesn’t. In my opinion, doing a clean install of Windows 10 is usually a better option.

If you want to reinstall Windows 10, follow the below guide. If you have important files on the computer, you should back them up to a cloud service or another drive. This will remove everything from the computer. Let us know if you run into any problems. https://www.tomshardware.com/news/how-to-do-clean-installation-windows-10,36160.html
