[SOLVED] 100% Disk problem

So ever since I put in a new zotac 2060 graphics card it seems that my computer has been really slow. I later figured out it was because my disk Is at 100%. I don't know how to fix it but sometimes it goes up and down I don't know why. Whenever I open steam it seemed to go up to 100% so im uninstalling and reinstalling it now and it went up with chrome so I uninstalled it but I don't know if that will fix anything. It also says system is taking it up the most so im not sure what that means.

Disable windows update services and run a disk clean up on C drive.
And make sure all drivers are up to date including the OS.
