There is no way to limit the amount of resources it uses on your computer yet, so it runs the GPU at 100% all the time but it gets kept under 60 degrees Celsius. I have it running unattended whenever i'm away and for 8 hours at night. Is doing this going to decrease the life expectancy of it? I'm assuming this GPU is only designed for normal gaming sessions for only a few hours.

should be fine. it's the temps that kill chips... and those temps are reasonable.

it will shorten the life, but not by too much. aslong as it is at a safe temp, which it is, it should not lower its life by more than ~30%
