Question 100% USAGE

I7-8086K and when im launching and playing GTA V it uses 100% of it.
is that normal?

What percentage is your GPU using?

Unless suffering from some sort of performance issue, or seeing evidence of throttling, low frame rates, or stuttering, I'd not worry about it, as many modern games and Windows see 100% CPU usage w/ good GPUs and only 1080P res....
