Approximate purchase date: April 15th 2014.

Budget Range: 1000-1200$.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Computer programming, watching movies browsing internet etc.

Are you buying a monitor: No.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes.

Location: British Columbia, Canada.

Parts Preference: RELIABILITY. I'm really not too sure, but I would like quality so it will last.

Overclocking: NO.

SLI or Crossfire: SLI. But for now I would like to buy only 1 card included in my budget of 1000-1200$. I will be buying another down the road.

Additional comments: I want A computer that can play any game out there.. Hence why I want SLI. I am also interested in learning code(JAVA,C++,HHTML,PYTHON etc.), so I want to make sure that it can handle those kind of programs.. Which I mean gaming should require a faster set-up.

Thank you so much Tom's Hardware, I look forward to all of your imput.

The previous build didn't use Canada sites, so the prices are a bit off. There is nothing wrong with Windows 8.1. It's a solid OS. I don't see using an OS as old as Windows 7 on a new build. Here's a build that maxes out the $1200 Canadian budget.
