ugh im posting this again sadly but i need everything i found out that i need a moniter since my moniter isnt compatible with windows 8.1 for some reason was looking at moniter's specs and saw this so i need a gaming pc build with mouse keyboard os everything my budget is $1000 - $1100

I know there is a version for left handed and a version for right handed. Since it didnt say anything I assumed its for right handed. My bad.
