100fps in fortnite... should i use 100hz or 144hz

Hello I have 144hz monitor should I use 144hz or 100hz when my fps is capped at 100 because it the lowest framerate im getting in game which i play.Thx for answear :d

Have u more fps playing at 144Hz or 100Hz? If you haven't test it,then im sure you will have less fps with 144Hz because you said you max. fps are 100. You must have a great GPU to run a 144Hz monitor obviously.

I didnt say my fps is max 100 ... I said my LOWEST fps is 100.My fps while playing is 100-200 but its always closer to 100 than 200 which is unplayable for me.

If we are talking about lower fps with 144hz i have just tested it and with 100hz my fps was 160-170,with 144hz 150-170
