Question Monitor not displaying on PC

When connecting via HDMI to PC with RTX5500 I get an error on the monitor screen (Philips 273v) asking me to adjust output to 1920x1080 60hz.

I've done this using a second monitor, but it doesn't work

Weirder still is that the monitor will display when I connect it to my laptop.

I think you meant RX 5500 isn't it?

So, you say you used another monitor to set your Windows display settings to 1080p 60Hz? What was it before you changed it?

And if you check your windows display with your second monitor again, is it still set to 1080p 60Hz?

And what is the native resolution of the second monitor? Is it also FHD?
