Hi All,

I have recently switched to Virgin Media over here in the UK. They have been able to provide me with their 500Mbps package for £80 per month.

The issue is I'm currently only getting 100Mbps download speed on my PC. It's gaming PC that I'm using and the set up is as follows.

I have a TP-Link AV1200 Gigabit Powerline ac Wi-Fi Kit which is connected from my router to the powerline adapters and then to my PC's motherboard.

When I run a speedtest on my iPad, I get 400 which I believe is extremely good for an iPad so I don't believe my ISP is the problem.

Do you's have any ideas what this may be? Also I am using Cat 6 Ethernet cables.

How? I don't have a means of wifi on my PC
If you get 400Mbit on the iPad, if that is connected to the WIFI on the powerline, then you have an issue with the "cat6" cable connected to your PC. Is that a "flat" cat6 cable? Replace it with a quality cat5e cable and retest.
