[SOLVED] 10400f can't stuck in 3.98ghz

Im runing a 10400f on a B460M A-pro
2400mhz ram
550w psu
Cooler master cpu cooler

Anyway

The cpu cannot reach 4.3ghz as it sais in intel's website and it gets stuck in 3.98ghz in full load in cinebench and video games
28°idle 70°max
Mobo's xmp is off cuz i couldnt turn it on with 2400mhz ram
So please tell me how can i hit 4.3 ghz

Disable all but 1 core in bios, and then you can literally see it.

Intel's advertised turbos have been a gimmick for a long time. If you look up the specs of this cpu, and other Intels, from their own site, do you notice how there's only ratings for single core turbos, and none for multiple cores active?

So i use my pc for gaming mainly
Do you think i should keep it like this 3.98ghz all cores? Or change to single
