There's one thing I should mention: I am going to use the i7 920. Nothing from AMD, nothing else from Intel.

I'll be running Windows 7, Supreme Commander, and World in Conflict.

Antec 300 I'll be getting that at Fry's, it's about $25 less due to no shipping.

I'm not sure/ familiar with the Biostar TpowerX58 MOBO but the deal looks good.

I would recommend changing your memory to OCZ Platinum 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Low Voltage Desktop Memory Model OCZ3P1600LV6GK - Retail. This memory has better timings than the one you listed.

Everything else looks pretty good...
