1050 Ti To RX 570 Worth ?

Hello ,
I got a GTX 1050Ti 4GB OC , it runs pretty well no problems at all . I got it for 2 years .
A store close to my neighborhood just set a Sapphire VGA Radeon RX 570 Nitro+ 4GB for 169 Euros +Resident Evil 2 , +The Division 2 . I can sell my graphics card for about 125 euros and my PC Case (NZXT S340 for 45 euros) . Is it worth ? Will I see some difference ?
If I connect them all without a case will I face any problems ?

Your probably looking at around a 10% bump in fps from the 1050ti to the 570. I would say that is not enough for the trouble. A 580 would be a better performance jump and their pricing is pretty good right now.

Will I face any problems If I got my setup on a desk ? I mean , I will sell the case and my gpu in order to buy it , so I will have nothing to put them inside .

I wouldn't do it unless you have your setup in a case.
Don't put your components at risk.
