[SOLVED] 1060 GPU is turning off and on 1 fan making annoying noise

I have been using this computer for around 2 years now and my 1060 just recently started making annoying noise. I looked at the fans and only one of them was turning off and on every 3-5 seconds.

Specs:
16GB Crucial Ram
i5 10600k
1060 3gb
500gb SSD
2TB Hard Drive

It sounds like something is grinding on the fan. A cable or something similar. Or it's the bearing that has gone bad.

Check the fan of it has any obstruction using a flashlight. You can also remove the GPU from the system and check the fan by spinning it gently with your finger.

Thanks for the reply, now the GPU Fan has started wobbling and I have the gigabyte geforce gtx 1060 3gb OC windforce, how do I know what fans I can use to replace the broken one??

maybe this would fit , you need to take out the fan and read its serial number to know for sure

Would I need the Fan A-b or just Fan a because my GPU has 2X fans.
