1070 in SLI?

Hey guys im not new with GPU's but i would just like some personal opinions and expert opinions about whether i should have a single 1080 or 2 1070's in SLI with the high bandwidth SLI bridge for my triple monitor setup, my monitors are 1080p, 60Hz, 1ms response time
Aaaand if i should upgrade psu from 850w to maybe 900?

Get just 1 1080 and then add another in the future.

With those triple monitors SLI makes sense, but the drivers are still very, very immature, so we can expect some improvements as time goes by, in the meantime, make a nice cup of tea, grab some biscuits, and have a read here: http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/geforce-gtx-1070-2-way-sli-review,1.html
