Im pulling about the same exact FPS on all the games i was playing with my 1060 3gb, Witcher 3, CS:GO, ESO. I got no FPS increase with ESO, Witcher 3 i did, get a performance but if i run it on ultra my computer gets laggy (i havent had lag in forever). The game runs fine! 70 fps or so, but when im in chrome shit is almost kind of buggy...
CS:GO im getting a whopping 100-130 FPS! It's insane. I hope this thread is active. I bought this 1070ti on Ebay as "New Open Box" I cleanly installed the drivers through DDU even though its the same driver as my 1060 3gb... Not sure what to do.
