I'm having random BSODs in Win 10 Pro and other strange issues like the ribbon menu in Office 2013 turning black when scrolling through a document. Running an R7-1800X, MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon, 32 GB G.SKILL Flare X Series F4-2400C15D-32GFX, Corsair RM1000, and an Radeon R9 290X. I think it's the combination of the AMD Chipset and the AMD video card because I did not have the same issues on in intel with the same video card. I would like to test with another video card but any of the parts would allow me troubleshoot better.
