1080 vs 1080ti

Hi! I would like to ask two questions.
I currently have a Gtx 1080 with an i5 6500. I would like to know if there is any reason to upgrade from my 1080 to a Ti?
And will a Gtx 1080Ti will bottleneck an i5 6500.

Could be HDD, it shouldn't be at 100%. How much RAM do you have and what is its usage?

I have 12gbs of ddr4 usage is about 6gbs.
In ghost recon HDD usage is 100%
In gta not always.

Do you have 3x4GB? Try running 2x4GB so the motherboard can run in Dual Channel mode. Something is wrong with that HDD usage but unbalanced RAM wont help

Sorry, I have 16gbs, had to check to be sure. 2x8.

It's not close to being full, it was defraged pretty recently. Probably dying. Do you think it can affect fps so much?

Could definitely have something to do with it, sitting at 100% its bottlenecking your system
