My CPU has been 108 C for about 2 hours straight is this bad?

Make sure your computer is relatively dust-free. Remove the cooler and reapply the thermal paste. Make sure there is enough airflow inside the case (remove the side panel to see if it makes a difference). Given that it ran at >100C for 2 hours, it could, however, be the software mireading the temperature.

Yes it is. But since a lot processors would throttle at that point, you may not have any damage. Still, it should not run this hot at all.

Some details in your system (cpu, mainboard, etc.), it’s cpu cooler , and what you are using to observe the temps might be helpful..
