Question 10th gen intel motherboard for UNDERvolting

Hello, I have a 10100 CPU that I want to undervolt/underclock so it consumes less power. Can you please recommend me an ITX board which has the Vcore option unlocked in the BIOS? Preferably as low-end chipset as possible (so it is cheaper).

It's not an unlocked processor so no bios options applicable with any board however you could try xtu, a program to undervolt/ create profile in Windows. But why though? 10100 is already low powered and won't really benefit savings in electricity bills at all, just gimping processor. Just let balanced power plan in Windows do it's thing.
