I would get that Asrock mobo you have up above, and then I would see what's on this build down below that you can use seeing how it's free shipping not to mention some better prices. No reason to pay more than you have to.

only thing i would change is the power supply. it only has 2 6 pin connectors and you gpu will use them both, so if you ever want to get a second card your screwed. plus its been discontinued on newegg and thats not a good sign. go fo a thermaltake toughpower,, they are die hards!!!!

oh yeah the 900 is a great case but depending on the gpu you might have to take out the hard drive bay and put it down to the lower part of the case so you vid card will fit. its an easy fix. i have a 1200 now and its awesome!
