1155 cpu and h61 mobo for REAL budget gaming system

Hello, Replacing socket 939 mobo, cpu and memory with H61 mobo, lga1155 cpu and ddr3. MY GPU is HD 4850 and I'm keeping that. Present cpu is Athlon 64 4000 @2.8mhz. Still will be running XP for a while. Tempted to install a G860 cpu, should be a big improvement over the 939 chip. Present 939 mobo is a gigabyte that worked great over 6 years. Not too many gigabyte h61s though. How is Asus, MSI for quality budget boards? Really want to stay under$200 mobo, cpu, memory. I know i3s may be better but will exceed my budget. Thanks.

they should be fine. but here is the board i'm currently looking at for my budget build ASRock H61ICAFE LGA , though i may go with a micro atx board for price.
