Hello guys, i need your advice here.
Got a huge tv upgrade lately, from a 10yo Samsung HD to the LG CX, and since 4k vidz are way bigger in size, i need a new external hdd as my 4tb Lacie ( https://www.amazon.es/dp/B07MCBWRT9/ref=twister_B08KWWK89T?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 ) is not enough anymore.
I was thinking about buying a bigger one, in the range of 12/16 tb and wanted some buying advices.

Found these on amazon (I live in spain so European Amazon/store would be great) for exemple:

https://www.amazon.es/WD-Elements-Desktop-externo-sobremesa/dp/B07VXKF1L4/
https://www.amazon.es/Book-Disco-Externo-Sobremesa-Negro/dp/B07Y3JXGPL/
https://www.amazon.es/Seagate-ordenador-suscripción-Photography-STEL12000400/dp/B087R2H4HS
https://www.amazon.es/Seagate-Expansion-ordenador-portátil-STEB12000402/dp/B0889D848K

Also, i heard about NAS or Raid solution too but i'm not savy enough.

So, to resume, i need a high capacity solution to connect it mainly to my laptop or lg cx tv, budget is around 300/350€.

Thanks in advance fuys

Can you show us the Partitions window in DMDE?

https://dmde.com/

Something like this ...

Some external drives are configured with a 4KB sector size and an MBR partition whereas others use 512-byte sectors and GPT partitions. A DMDE screenshot will tell us how your drive is configured.

Also, it is hard to know what the TV will accept in terms of file systems (some only understand FAT) or sector sizes or partition types.
