$1200-1500 Gaming Pc build- looking for more advice

so after taking in some advice and doing more research I've revised my previous build and made some changes, it would be great if you guys could look over the build and make sure its all compatible, and also suggestions as to wether im making the best choices.

Approximate Purchase Date: Late 2012

Budget Range: about $1200-1500

System Usage from Most to Least Important: primarily gaming, though also watching videos and general web surfing

Are you buying a monitor: No

Having broadband issues at moment and can't get links to work, to check. You want to make sure RAM is sufficiently low profile, not to clash with cooler.

Ah well, it does. I just saw that you're getting the Hyper 212. I use my RipJaws X (24GB) (2 kits) with a H100.

Does the H212 really need low profile RAMS?

Here's a money saver worth looking at. That cpu h/s down below was just released recently (EVO edition) and it fits in that case. Just add a couple of 120mm case fans to that case down below. "shopbot.au" is worth giving a go.

Why would you? Because of those tall heat spreaders that are for people who like shiny gimmicks? The EVO clears the Ripjaws but barely. You would be lucky to slip a piece of paper between the bottom of that cooler and the top of those heat spreaders. Tall shiny heat spreaders are only good when you plan on over clocking your RAM but no need to these days when you can just buy the RAM for the rated speed you want.

Just a note im looking for a PSU that is 750w+ and is at least 80+ bronze and preferably modular.

XFX psu's cost a lot of money in Oz. No idea why but their expensive. That Antec I posted is bronze rated and it's 750w.
