Question Pump ARGB works & fans spin, but fan ARGB LEDs don’t light up ?

I recently installed a DeepCool LE520 240 mm CPU Cooler on an ASUS TUF Gaming A520M‑PLUS (Wi‑Fi) Motherboard with an AMD AM4 CPU. I confirmed the ARGB LED plug is into the proper +5 V/D/G header.
All fans spin fine, the pump ARGB ring is functioning, but none of the fans’ ARGB LEDs turn on—even though they’re powered. I haven’t made any BIOS changes or weird cable swaps. does anyone else have this issue?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

which header on your motherboard did you hook up the AIO to?

Did you install Asus' Armory Crate/Aura Sync/Aura Creator?

Speaking of fans, do you have other fans hooked up to the system? Are they ARGB/RGB?

Please clarify. The cooling system has ARGB lights in its pump and fans, and a cable to connect to a mobo ARGB header. That cable 2-output cable starts with a female connector with THREE holes - looks like it had 4, but one is blocked. The manual for that mobo says it does NOT have any such header. Instead, it has a plain RGB header at the top with FOUR pins marked "+12V G R B" (manual p. 1-3, item 10). You must NOT try to plug those lights into that header - that would burn out the lights! Besides, with the plugged hole in the connector cable, you should not be able to plug that in at all. Yet you say you HAVE connected the cable there, and the lights in the PUMP are working but not the lights in the fans.

Please explain. Is that the correct mobo model number? The manual I found is this

Is that what you actually have? Maybe more detail on HOW you have connected the lights of the AIO system using its supplied two-branch cable.
