120hz 5ms good?

I play csgo at the LEM-SUPREME rank range, I currently have a 60hz monitor and I'm currently looking for a cheap upgrade
I found a Samsung syncmaster 2233rz and I am wondering if it is worth the upgrade.

Also is the 120hz with 5ms good enough for getting to global XD?

You can get to global in gaming in a crt if you have the skill needed and yeah you will notice the upgrade to 120hz
