If the 4ms GTG (gray to gray) is the same price or just a little more, I'd get that one. Particularly if you play games with darker shades.
Thanks man I was looking to get this monitor: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GWFNMGG/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=CP5ZVPQA4V5&coliid=I13GLYVAGUB71F
I am confused because it lists 12ms but then lists 4ms(GTG). I was looking for a good monitor with a slim bezel, and this has fit all my expectations while looking for a monitor. But I didn't want 12ms response time, so that is a good thing to know. I know nothing about monitors, is GTG a monitor setting? Or is it a constant addition to the monitor? I built my gaming rig a little while back and I need a nice monitor to go with it, and I don't want to be out $300.
Oh, I see. I thought you were comparing two monitors with two different response times. The first one I believe is black-white-black and the second one is grey-to-grey. I'm honestly feeling a little lazy so here's a link where someone explained it.
