140mm case fans?

Hey guys, I'm going to be getting the NZXT S340 which only comes with 2 120mm fans mounted on the rear and top. The system will have an i5 8400 with a cryorig h7 cooler and and an MSI - GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB DUKE OC GPU.

I'm looking to get 2 black 140mm fans to stick with color of the build and the other fans.
Definitely prefer something quiet, or where the RPMs at least decrease when not under load.
Hoped this would be under $30.

Any sort of budget in mind? Noctua makes the BEST in my opinion with their iPPC line, but Be Quiet! is also good.

oh ya, $30 for 2 fans is what i figured. I actually had that in there then deleted it on accident when i edited lol
Those seem kinda pricey, do you think I need a higher budget for some quality 140mm fans. They don't have to be like god tier quality, just push some air and quiet.

Super Biiz has them at a great price atm. And yes, the iPPC fans are indeed god-tier, but you don't need to invest anywhere near that amount of money in case fans to get a great result.
