Hey guys. I'm having troubles with my game stuttering, even though i have 144+ fps at all times. It's primarily in Rainbow Six Siege. My specs are as follows.
Evga GTX 1070 FTW
i5-4670k - 4,1ghz
Coolermaster 600B PSU
16gb ddr3 ram (crucial ballistix sport)
1TB Seagate HDD
Asus Z87-K motherboard.

And I have an Asus VG248QE 144hz monitor.

My fps fluctuates from around 150-200 fps, but when I look around with the mouse I get like microstutters. It doesn't feel smooth. The game IS running at 144hz, and my monitor is set up correctly. Not sure what to do, it's pretty annoying.

All help is appreciated :)

OW do u have Windows 10? Maybe u still need to disable DVR in the Windows 10 Xbox app.. Open the Xbox app and Log in(make a new account if needed) then go to the options, search for DVR setting. Disable it if its not yet,Windows 10 leaves the DVR (XboxScreenRecorder) on when u install Windows.

I have the same cpu at 4.2ghz and RX 480 8GB / 8GB RAM / Samsung EVO 750

(Windows)
Power options on High Performance - Cortana removed
(BIOS)
VR eff managment and C states disabled except for C1E - C3
(Monitor)
Gaming FPS ON - AMD FreeSync ON -
(RB6)
Vsync on off - Multisampling anti alliasing on Temporal Filtering - Post processing anti alliasing OFF - Lens effect OFF - Ambient Occlussion OFF - Zoom in dept OFF

Did u try verifying files,it should reinstall DirectX next time u restart the game..?

Just open Uplay, left mouse click on the Game 1 time then go to properties and u should find it there.
