I bought this cooler recently to pair with a ryzen 7 5700x3D and I did some hard gaming for two weeks and I just looked down at my case and noticed that a CPU fan is not spinning in 60% loading and I quickly took off the glass pannel and the other one was spinning. I tried to connect the fan that was not spinning directly into the CPU_FAN and it's not spinning. Now, I don't want to return the cooler because it will take too long. Do you think that if I will buy another 120mm fan to replace this one should be fine? Could this damage the whole cooler? Is it maybe something from my BIOS? This is how it's acting

That cooler system came with a SPLITTER cable. You are supposed to plug the FEMALE (with 4 holes) of that into the CPU_FAN header, then plug each of the two fans' female connectors into the MALE (with 4 pins) output arms of the Splitter. This should make BOTH fans run exactly the same, although the CPU_FAN header will show you the speed of only one of them.

IF that is what you have dome and one fan is not moving, try exchanging the two fans' cables at the two outputs of the Splitter. IF the SAME fan still is not spinning then that fan is faulty and should be replaced. In that case contact Tech Support for the cooler and request a free replacement fan that YOU can install. There is no need to return the entire cooler. Each fan is held snugly to the radiator by a simple springy wire.

On the other hand, if switching the fan cables gets that fan to work and the OTHER fan that WAS working now does not, then the SPLITTER is faulty and needs to be replaced. Again, free replacement from the maker is a solution, OR you could buy a Splitter from any computer parts shop.
