Hello,
Stable 144fps isn't as smooth as it should be. Sometimes it feels like I'm playing on a 60hz monitor. The cursor on the desktop doesn't feel smooth either. I have 144hz set in the monitor for sure. I have G-sync turned off. I really don't know what to do, please help...

i took a picture with my phone when moving the cursor on desktop:
and what it looks like in a certain reddit post:

Maybe this issue is not related to refresh rate, that the system is chugging giving the impression that it is. Cpu/memory clocks are normal and seeing how poorly the ssd is performing im wondering if that is what's causing the system to bog down.

Goodram don't appear to be on the same level as other better known brands.

See trim and power sections.

My drive is fine. During normal use or gaming it is practically 0%.
I don't know why in the userbenchmark score is so low.
I don't think it's because of the drive. Maybe something with drivers / bios setting / windows settings. This is more likely in my opinion.

[EDIT]!!!
I disconnected the hdd drive and the ssd drive result improved. - Asus PRIME B360M-D Performance Results - UserBenchmark
I don't know what the GPU result is about. Maybe it's because I have discord and a browser in the background?

[edit 2] updated results: Asus PRIME B360M-D Performance Results - UserBenchmark (no programs in the background)
