Question 144hz VA vs 75hz IPS

I am getting a new Pc and with that a new monitor.
1080p resolution , will be used for gaming on a r5 2600-gtx1070/gtx 1660.
I was wondering what would be the better option to buy.
The VA monitors i have selected between are
aoc c24g1
samsung c24fg73
I havent really looked into the ops 75 hz monitors.What do you suggest i get is ips that good or is 144 hz VA better.

It's really going to come down to the games you play. For competitive FPS then you'll want 144hz but for less competitive/MMO/single player games I'd save money and grab the 75hz/IPS. VA colors are still pretty good and noticeably better then most 144hz TN panels.

When I was really big into competitive FPS then I went 144/TN but now that I don't do as much competitive gaming anymore the swap the 75hz/IPS (also went from 1080P to 2560x1080P) was a nice change as most of the games I play are slower paced to the point that the difference between 75 & 144hz was minimal at least to me.

If you go 1440P I'd get either the 1070 or the 1660 ti at the very least but the 2060 is really the better choice for it.
