I would recommend not getting Corsair 110 but to just get a 100i since the performance difference for an i5 is not really worth it, and the 100i is still a very good water cooler. Otherwise i think your build is very good.

The same goes for the Kraken, it is a better cooler than the 110, but the 100i is much better for your price point.
