[SOLVED] 16gb Trident z ram at 3600mhz cl17 good?

Hi just wondering is the latency of this ram decent for 3600mhz? or should i look for a lower latency with a bit lower mhz?

EDIT: Sorry i forgot to say I'm running a Ryzen 3600 CPU

My Kingston works at Cl16 but shouldn't make much difference.

Hmm, i saw the Trident RAM on sale for £130 as its original price was like £219 or something but obviously was unsure about the cl17 if im pairing it with a 3600

Yea get the 3600mhz as amd ryzen really benefits from higher frequency ram. even if you get cl 16 or 15 it wont be a noticeable difference. If you want to know more about how ram speed and latency affect amd ryzen cpus check this video out by Linus.

Not at all, check this link out, eventhough its polish the graphs help, higher frequency rams always stay ahead by at least 2 to 5 percent in games. It not big of a deal, not a noticeable difference but if your mb supports 3600, then why not. Also ryzen cpu sweet spot is 3600
