Is this a good price for a GTX 1650S or should I look for a better price?

Also, should I look for a GTX 1060 instead? UserBenchmark says that 1060 can be better than a 1650S.

For context, I would be using this card with a Ryzen 5 3600 (no x). I would like to use a graphics card which is under $175 for sure, and ideally under $150.

Are AMD graphic cards more budget friendly, and if so, should I get one?

Solution
for a brand new card that actually is quite good pricing. the original non overclocked card have the MSRP of $160. if you're comparing it to AMD then it depends on what kind of pricing you have for it. RX5500 is slightly faster than 1650S but the price also slightly higher to reflect it's positioning. what other card you can get in $150-$200 range pricing?

i went with the 1650 super myself due to nothing comparable being even close in price. it was the best bang for the buck at the time for the money and that was before prices went through the roof.

you likely found the best deal at this time and should jump on it. i don't see anything else in comparison for close to that price.

The GTX 1650S is better than the best AMD budget card, the RX 580 8gb (in my opinion of course). If you can, go for the RX 590, if not, get the 1650S. That's a good price for it.
