1866MHz RAM, Running at 671Mhz?

I recently bought a new computer, Motherboard says it allows
DDR3 - 1066
DDR3 - 1333
DDR3 - 1600
DDR3 - 1866
DDR3 - 2000(OC)
The RAM I bought was Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB's @1866MHz
It should be compatible, but when i run speccy it says its @671MHz (9-9-9-24).

CPU: AMD FX 8350 Black Edition 8 Core Processor 4.00GHz. AM3+

If you built it yourself what you probably did was not realize that the Ram had to be overclocked to reach those MHz it was the same as my Ram but i figured it out luckily before i finished the bios

CAn config the DRAM in BIOS manually to spec or easier, look for DOCP - EOCP - or XMP enable it and select 1866

I tried using EOCP, Selected 1866 and Automatic voltage, but it caused a boot fail.

Try it again and manually set the DRAM voltage up + 0.05 from what it sets i.e. if it sets to 1.5 change to 1.55 and also raise CPU/NB voltage + 0.075 (if at 1.1 make it 1.175)

I have tried manually setting the voltage on both DRAM and CPU/NB, as well as increasing to 1866MHz, and 1600Mhz, both times they failed.
My friend suggested manually changing the timings?

May have a 8350 that can't handle 1866, give them a try at 1600 through EOCP (may have missed it, do you have the latest BIOS?)
