Hello there. I am building my first computer, my friend helped me pick the parts out and I was trying to build a pc that not only i could game on but also use photoshop, blender, do some vide editing nothing to crazy with the video editing and my price was 1500 but not trying to hit that or go over that but willing to go to 1500 if needed, heres my https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZbCnf9 any feedback and opinions would be appreciated.
 
Looks good from what I can tell, I'm still pretty new to this as well. I hope it goes well and look also when it's fully built. What kind of computer monitor are you gonna use?

Spending 20% of your budget on a case is a huge mistake.
 
There's no reason to buy a 9XXX CPU especially when they are discontinued. This would be a way better use of $1500 IMO:

Plus with B550, you will be able to upgrade to 4th and 5th gen Ryzen CPUs, and you will also be able to take full advantage of PCI-E 4.0 speeds for 4th gen NVMe drives. You do not want a slow 2TB hard drive as your primary OS drive in this day and age.
