I'm new to building PC's. Is everything compatible? Could it handle 2 monitors? What would you change? I'm also getting some green led fans (color theme). My main purpose for this PC would be for gaming and maybe video editing. Thanks.

Parts:
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor - $319.99
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler - $29.99
Motherboard: Asus Z87-Pro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard - $167.99
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory - $139.99
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk - $89.99
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive - $54.98
Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 4GB Video Card - $304.99
Case: NZXT Phantom (Black/Green) ATX Full Tower Case - $105.98
Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiast TX750W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply - $84.99
Optical Drive: I have one already.

I wouldn't change anything. The GPU will handle the 2 monitors fine, but I don't know if it'll be fast enough for video editing. The RAM is very good for tasks more demanding than gaming. I don't know about the case, maybe it's better to get a mid tower, but it's less cooling. It's a good build.

I changed my ram to Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory - $144.99. Is it better?
