2.8 to 3.3 ghz

I'm assuming this would be bad, but I'm just curious. There's a game I want to run and I meet every standard besides the GHz and it's been bothering me on an unfathomable scale.
I have an i7-7700HQ CPU 2.8 GHz, the temp sits at around 46 C. (Btw it's a laptop)
The game, at min, requires an Intel CPU Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz and at req an Intel CPU Core i7 3770 3.4 GHz

Also keep in mind that the CPU's clock speed is only a part of what determines performance. Each generation of CPUs offers slightly better performance per clock than the previous, and your CPU is around 5 years newer than those models. As a result, your laptop 7700HQ should be relatively comparable in performance to a desktop 3770. According to UserBench results, there's only around a 1% performance difference between the two in their benchmarks...
