Question Issue with VR headset - - it's displaying on the PC but it says it's disconnected and doesn't display on the headset ?

VR Headset: Valve Index

I have enabled the Direct Display mode but the headset just keeps saying it's disconnecting and reconnecting every few seconds and then it goes into red light mode. I was using the beta for steamVR
correction its not displaying on the headset
I have had my headset for a few years and are not sure how long the waranty is for the Valve Index.

PC Specs
CPU: 19-14900K
GPU: RTX 3090 FE
RAM: 64GB DDR5
WD Black 2TB NVMe SSD
WD Black 1TB NVMe SSD x 2

Hardware failure. Either died due to external source or planned obsolescence.

Might want to contact Valve and look if there are ways for hardware fix. Or you could send it in to 3rd party repair shop, for possible fix.
