im going to be turning a room into a LAN setup but wanna use 1 blue yeti so we don't get echo in the microphones is there a way to split the audio between 2 devices?

Generally speaking no, especially since that would mean two audio channel per PC (if you tried to talk in game you would be heard twice).

How close are the PCs going to be? Any half decent mic wont pick up someone further than a few feet.
