[SOLVED] 2 memory slots not working, can it be the cpu cooler screws?

If there is a memory module any of the right 2 slots the system just keeps restarting like every 10 seconds without beeping or showing anything on the screen, however the system works fine with the left 2 slots.
Can it be caused by the CPU cooler? Maybe it was screwed too hard to the motherboard, and hurt the wiring under the layers.

Yeah that's a damaged mobo and it looks like some traces were damaged>

That cooler was put on way to hard.
