Question 2 number on keyboard doesn't work when I'm using other keys, such as: W+ALT, W+SHIFT, etc.

Hey guys, so as u know the problem from the title , I got keyboard problem. My friend told me that it's not a anti-ghost problem. what should I do? I'm playing E sport games and in every game I got the same issue. when I press W key + alt, shift or whatever, I can't use only number 2 with that combo to switch my weapon. please help. my keyboard is JEDEL and it's mechanical.

it's a JEDELL KL 89. my previous keyboard had a exact same issue but it wasn't mechanical.
