Question 2 PC project, need CPU help

I am putting together a little project where i build a budget streaming pc using either the AMD FX or Core i5/i7

I am looking for as cheap as possible, just to see what they can achieve. The aim is to push 720p 60fps and handle OBS, possibly NDI

Any suggestions would be brilliant thanks in advance

Personally i would steer clear and go with an i5/i7 yes you can get descend fps i had a fx 4170 with a 1050ti last year and i could push most games 1080p medium but anything very cpu intense my fx would just tank.

I totally get that. The rig I'm putting together will only be encoding and pushing the stream to twitch. I have a dedicated gaming rig with a ryzen 1700x and a strix 1080ti. This is more an interest in getting a solid streaming pc for not much money
