2 white horizontal lines across monitor display

I recently purchased a 144hz aoc g2460pf monitor, which has been working perfectly. But about 2 weeks ago I noticed 2 horizontal lines of dead looking pixels.
After changing the refresh rate of the monitor down to 60hz, the horizontal lines disappear, even at 100hz the horizontal lines are not there. Is this fixable? Or is the monitor not able to properly display 144hz?
(The lines are most noticeable on grey backgrounds and are also visible within the bios)

Yes, I've installed all the drivers, changed the colour calibration and have tried display port and DVI. Still the same issue

- Try lower the monitor overdrive settings as high overdrive is good for gaming but could produce this artifact phenomena.

Overdrive is currently turned off, still got the horizontal lines.
